There are more important topics to choose right and strong buldings which were comfortable, healthly and also very critical points on the bulding, anyhow you could not find out or detect at the first sight. The right insulation were applied on the buldings, therefor it is most important topics which may be a strong bulding and trustfully. By the ministry of public works and settlement of Turkey has been publised to implenting regulations of thermal insulation for buldings so there has standarts for the insulations to bulding construction. But there was no enoughly controling to those standarts which were constructed buldings in Turkey.

There are also other important topics not only insulation which must be on buldings. There may be some wrong and faults on some bulding which can detect by eyes or hidden. Hidden faults may be located on other side or inner side of walls, roofs and floors so you need to have professional technicians to find out. There are some question for find out wrong and fault applications with naked eyes and follow the some ropes for it.
Bulding; Is there any cracks or breakage on the walls? Is there any changes on buldings?
Roof; Is that new or old version, is that hard to find out it’s ages? How was it general condition of it? When roof would be leakage then it may occure corruption and bacterium. Is there any application for thermal insulation and water-proof. Is there workable for rain water down pipe?
Leakage Marks; All ceilings and windows edges needs to be cheched water marks on the walls and ceilings, moisture smells gives clue. Is there any moisture mold and transprittion on the walls? Is there any heat insulation outside of the building?
Basement; Is there any moisture? Is there enough insulation? Black stains or thrushs on the beam or column also load – bearing wall in the basement shows water insulation problem.
Consumption of energy; Heat insulation reduces energy consumption which you will send to get cool in summer time and to get warm in winter time. If the issue is a new bulding we can take informations from seller about insulation. If the issue is a old building the best idea is to check fuel or gas bill. Obuiously if the bills are high it shows there is no insulation for this building.
Plumbing; Is there any off-beat noise? Is there any leaky pipe or dripping from tab?

Windows; What kind of glass to be used for windows, single or double? Double glass applications instead of single reduces heat losses. To provide insulation in double glass unit is the air ( 12 or 16 mm) double glass unit and to fill in Argon gas instead of air to the space between two glass, makes better heat insulation. Is there any heat or sun control covers on the glass? Is there any air or water leaky places on the windows? Are windowses hinges good?
Heating and Cooling System; Is thop of radiator closed? Is installation pipes insulated which comes from outside of the building or passes from the isntallation spaces which is unheated?
Fire Safety; Is construction materials flammable which was used for the bulding?
Noise Level; When the windows shut is there any environment noises in the building? Is there any foot or speaking noises from upstairs, downstairs or side area? How bulding got any sound insulation system?
Environment / Territory; How is the canalization conditions, is canalization system for enough from the building?
Earthquake Risk; Before we decide to buy house we have to research buldings project, ground survey, earthquake regulations about building. Also we have to know or research that who prepare the project, is project inspected, is there any beneficial property and has building got a licence, what kind of concrete used for the building, is construction materials suitable for standarts, is construction built according to the project and is there any water insulation on the base of building?
